PSISra founded in 1980 and has a nickname Sragen Lions. Sragen has not a good history in Indonesia football league. The Sragen clubs more often competed in the low division, so more fans support Persis Solo which is close geographically.
PSISra Sragen tries to regain the sympathy of Sragen fans by joining in the 2015 Liga Nusantara. The club enliven it by a two DJSport kit collection. The PSISra Sragen 2015 home kit is in the team’s traditional orange and fade maroon stripes via v-neck collar. Their nickname "Laskar Sukowati" is located on the interior back collar.
