Barito Putera was founded in 1988 by HA. Sulaiman HB. and joined in the 1988-89 Galatama campaign. Their supporter are called Bartman (Barito Mania) and NDYB (ND Yellow Boys). The Barito Putera plays in the topflight of Indonesia football league.
The one of South Kalimantan clubs Barito Putera have changed their sportswear from Specs to another local apparel, Vision of Superior (VS). The Barito Putera 2015 home shirt uses a predominantly yellow with the traditional touch on both sleeves.
The Barito Putera home shirt places the Hasnur Group branding on jersey's mid frontal with VS and the club's badge above it. The kit is completed by predominantly yellow short and socks.
